Recreation on Fire or "ROF" is an adult recreational sports league that organizes sporting activities year round. ROF began in the Fall of 2009 in sunny south Florida where it held its first adult men's flag football league. Now in Huntsville, Alabama, ROF strives to create a competitive environment, not void of good sportsmanship, with a desire to foster relationships throughout the community.
